十六台投影机，一个 10 × 7 × 3 米的封闭空间。墙壁、地面、柱体全部覆盖，没有一处不是画面。
《Buddha Space》是为常州孝道园设计的沉浸式数字剧场。十三分钟的影像以佛陀的一生为线索，将这个空间变成一部可以走入的叙事——从菩提树下的雨夜，到金色的秋野，到日出时的水面。每一幕场景包裹整个房间，地面上的莲叶和涟漪跟随访客的脚步移动。
位置追踪系统实时捕获游客在空间中的位置，让影像对身体产生回应。走过水面，脚下泛起波纹；走进落叶，叶片向两侧散开。叙事在继续，但每个人经过的路径不同，看到的细节也不同。
技术上使用 vvvv 构建位置追踪与实时渲染系统，通过 boygrouping 方案实现十六台投影机的多机同步输出。

《Buddha Space》は、常州・孝道園のために設計した没入型デジタルシアター。十三分間の映像が仏陀の生涯を軸に、この空間を歩いて入ることのできる物語へと変える——菩提樹の下の雨夜から、黄金色の秋野へ、そして夜明けの水面へ。各シーンが部屋全体を包み込み、床の蓮の葉や水紋が来場者の足取りに追従して動く。
ポジショントラッキングシステムが空間内の来場者の位置をリアルタイムに捕捉し、映像が身体に応答する。水面を歩けば足元に波紋が広がり、落ち葉の中を歩けば葉が左右に散る。物語は進行し続けるが、一人ひとりが通る経路が異なるため、目にする細部も異なる。
技術的には vvvv によるポジショントラッキングとリアルタイムレンダリングシステムを構築し、boygrouping によって十六台のプロジェクターのマルチマシン同期出力を実現した。

Sixteen projectors. A sealed space measuring 10 × 7 × 3 metres. Walls, floor, columns — every surface is image. There is nowhere that isn't screen.
Buddha Space is an immersive digital theatre designed for the Filial Piety Park in Changzhou. Thirteen minutes of animation, threaded along the life of the Buddha, transforms the room into a narrative you can walk through — from a rainy night beneath the Bodhi tree, to golden autumn fields, to sunrise over still water. Each scene wraps the entire room; lotus leaves and ripples on the floor follow the visitor's footsteps.
A position tracking system captures each visitor's location in real time, letting the imagery respond to the body. Walk across water and ripples spread underfoot; walk through fallen leaves and they part to either side. The story continues, but each person's path through the space is different, and so are the details they encounter.
The system was built in vvvv with real-time position tracking and rendering, using a boygrouping setup to synchronise output across sixteen projectors.
